All biochemistry majors must meet the University core curriculum requirements and the additional CLE requirements of the college of their major. There are slight differences in the requirements of each college. For those students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, the requirements are designated as BCHM. For those students in the College of Science, the requirements are designated as BIOC.

  • BCHM - ENGL 1105-1106 (Freshman English) and Writing Intensive course* (6 semester hours)

  • BIOC - ENGL 1105-1106 (Freshman English) and Writing Intensive course* (6 semester hours)

*BCHM 4124 (6 credits) in the writing intensive course.
